Job Profile:

The Additional General Manager assists the General Manager in monitoring all operations of various departments, maintenance of fixed and moving assets, creation of new assets through projects, safety, and planning. He heads the public grievance cell, which investigates the suggestions, and complaints received from the public, serving employees and effect redressal for the same. Systems improvement, quality up-gradation, publicity, customer care and heritage preservation are included under his responsibility
