Rail Museum

                                                    Rail Museum at Cooch Behar

Rail Museum, a minuscule version of the National Rail Museum, New Delhi, has been developed at Coochbehar with indigenous effort of the Division. The museum building resembles the architecture of the famous and legendary Madan Mohan Temple of the locality that carries the ethos and sentiment of the area. The museology was based on the theme ‘Role of Railways in Development of Dooars region’.
