Prompt initiative by office of the Minister of Railways was praised by an injured passenger, who was travelling in a train towards Kamakhya on 4th January, 2023. The passenger appreciated the Railway Minister for the quick response during urgent need of medical assistance sought through Twitter from Railways.
The passenger, named Shri Aditya Chaudhary, travelling in train No. 13248 (Rajendra Nagar Terminal – Kamakhya) Capital Express, was in urgent need of cotton due to some injuries in his hand. The passenger tweeted for providing assistance as soon as possible to get recovery from his injury. Taking the cognizance of the tweet, the office of the Minister of Railways arranged medical assistance to the injured passenger at the very next station, Alipurduar junction.
Timely action taken in such situation led the injured passenger for praising railways. The passenger voiced his appreciation for the Railway Minister for promptly resolving the issue.
